Light Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 pieces laughing cow light swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • granulated garlic

Recipe

  • 1 boil the potato cubes until fork tender.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 return potatoes to pot and add milk. mash together.
  • 4 add cheese wedges and mash until blended.
