Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4 pieces laughing cow light swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- salt
- pepper
- granulated garlic
Recipe
- 1 boil the potato cubes until fork tender.
- 2 drain.
- 3 return potatoes to pot and add milk. mash together.
- 4 add cheese wedges and mash until blended.
