Sauteed Mushrooms With Wine

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 add butter, wine, garlic, and sauce to a medium saute or sauce pan on medium high heat; add mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are soft and brown.
