Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups cracked ice
Recipe
- 1 in a blender combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth, thick texture.
- 2 serve immediately, preferably chilled glasses.
