More Than A Strawberry Smoothie

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups cracked ice

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth, thick texture.
  • 2 serve immediately, preferably chilled glasses.
