- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in a fry pan.
- 2 stir in the flour until blended.
- 3 add the milk, mixing well.
- 4 cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 5 carefully beat the eggs into the sauce.
- 6 season with salt and pepper.
- 7 serve with fried bacon or sausages.
