Sauteed Mushrooms

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cabernet sauvignon wine
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • herbs (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
  • 2 add red wine and simmer for a few minutes until the wine thickens a little.
  • 3 serve hot.
