Sauteed Portabellas And Spinach

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a large skillet or saute pan over medium heat.
  • 2 saute mushrooms, spinach, basil, salt, pepper and garlic until mushrooms are tender and spinach is heated through.
  • 3 pour in wine and reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute.
  • 4 stir in parmesan cheese and serve.
