(swanson) Holiday Vegetable Stuffing

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in saucepot.
  • 2 add mushrooms, onions, carrots, cook until tender.
  • 3 add broth, chestnuts, spinach.
  • 4 heat to a boil.
  • 5 stir in stuffing, mix lightly.
