Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
- 4 cups prepared stuffing
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in saucepot.
- 2 add mushrooms, onions, carrots, cook until tender.
- 3 add broth, chestnuts, spinach.
- 4 heat to a boil.
- 5 stir in stuffing, mix lightly.
