Ingredients
- 3 cups rutabagas, pared and cubed
- 3 cups potatoes, pared and cubed
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- light cream
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook rutabaga, potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender (20 minutes). drain and mash with cream and butter until light and fluffy.
