Ingredients

- 1 cauliflower
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 can anchovy, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 break cauliflower into pieces then steam until just tender.
- 2 combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the warm cauliflower.
- 3 let stand for 24 hours.
