Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups pretzels, crushed
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (19 ounce) container cool whip
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
• 2 1/4 cups boiling water
• 10 ounces strawberries

Recipe

• 1 spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
• 2 mix sugar, pretzels and melted butter in the 9 x 13 pan. press lightly and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
• 3 set aside to cool.
• 4 mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
• 5 add cool whip and fold in marshmallows.
• 6 spread on the crust mixture.
• 7 dissolve jello in boiling water and stir in the strawberries.
• 8 chill until slightly thickened.
• 9 spread over top of dish.
• 10 chill overnight.
