Rhubarb Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • water

Recipe

  • 1 wash and cut rhubarb in 1" pieces.
  • 2 place in pan and add water about 1/2" deep.
  • 3 cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}.
  • 4 cool slightly and place in bowl.
  • 5 refrigerate and serve chilled.
