Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- water
Recipe
- 1 wash and cut rhubarb in 1" pieces.
- 2 place in pan and add water about 1/2" deep.
- 3 cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}.
- 4 cool slightly and place in bowl.
- 5 refrigerate and serve chilled.
