Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb chopped rhubarb
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
- 1 orange, grated zest and juice
- 2 jalapeno peppers or 1 dried chili, seeded and chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 put all the above in a heavy pan and bring to the boil, simmer for about twenty minutes to thicken.
