Salami Firecrackers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1/2 lb genoa salami, sliced to roll easily
  • 1 eight-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, of your choice chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hot horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix all filling ingredients well.
  • 2 spread a thin layer of filling on each slice of salami, then roll the slice into a tube.
  • 3 stack in layers, with wax paper between layers, and refrigerate. the flavors are best after several hours of refrigeration.
