Salami Firecrackers

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb genoa salami, sliced to roll easily
- 1 eight-ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, of your choice chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons hot horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix all filling ingredients well.
- 2 spread a thin layer of filling on each slice of salami, then roll the slice into a tube.
- 3 stack in layers, with wax paper between layers, and refrigerate. the flavors are best after several hours of refrigeration.
