Salami And Swiss Burgers

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • mustard (optional)
  • mayonnaise (optional)
  • ketchup (optional)
  • tomato, slices (optional)
  • onion, slices (optional)
  • pickle, slices (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  • 2 form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter.
  • 3 grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet.
  • 4 toast 4 buns and spread with mayonnaise, ketchupor mustard if desired.
