Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices salami
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- mustard (optional)
- mayonnaise (optional)
- ketchup (optional)
- tomato, slices (optional)
- onion, slices (optional)
- pickle, slices (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- 2 form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter.
- 3 grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet.
- 4 toast 4 buns and spread with mayonnaise, ketchupor mustard if desired.
