Homemade Amarula Ice-cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g creme fraiche
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml sugar
  • 80 ml amarula cream liqueur
  • 200 g peanut brittle

Recipe

  • 1 cream the eggs and sugar, combine with rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  • 2 pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • 3 serve with extra amarula cream and peanut brittle.
