Homemade Amaretto Almond Liqueur

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light karo syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -1 1/2 tablespoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup whole almond

Recipe

  • 1 place the karo syrup and sugar in a saucepan and dissolve together over medium heat until well combined.
  • 2 cool about 15 minutes.
  • 3 add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
  • 4 pour into a jar or bottle and let sit for about 2 weeks in a dark spot until well blended.
