Ingredients

- 8 small yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix everything except the squash together, then brush on the squash and grill on medium heat, turning often, until squash is tender.
- 2 brush on more of the oil mixture during grilling.
- 3 serve hot.
