Ginger Tea Sauce Base

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, quartered
  • 1 ounce fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppercorn, cracked
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 black tea bags

Recipe

  • 1 put the spices in the small pan, add water.
  • 2 bring to a boil. simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3 strain into glass jar, add tea bags.
  • 4 brew for 7 - 10 minutes.
  • 5 cover jar and cool.
