Peach Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) can cling peach slices, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe

  • 1 drain the peaches well, cut into pieces.
  • 2 whip cream until slightly thickened, beat in egg yolk.
  • 3 drizzle in honey, continue beating until thick and creamy.
  • 4 fold in peaches and extract.
  • 5 chill.
  • 6 stir well before serving.
