Peach Gelato

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups peaches
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute

Recipe

  • 1 heat milk and add eggs.
  • 2 cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • 3 add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
  • 4 add peach mixture to milk base.
