Homemade Granola Bars

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter, heated on low heat until it melts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil.
  • 3 spray lightly with spray release.
  • 4 mix everything together, press into the pan.
  • 5 bake for about 20 minutes, or until brown and toasted.
  • 6 cool, cut into bars.
  • 7 note: feel free to vary the ingredients to your taste.
  • 8 i use this recipe as a guideline, and just use whatever ingredients i happen to have on hand.
