Easy Avocado Wreath

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 5 hass avocadoes (chilean)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red bell pepper, chopped for garnish
  • cracker, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 rinse avocados. cut each avocado in half. spoon out pits.
  • 2 spoon out the avocado flesh into a large resealable plastic bag.
  • 3 add lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 squeeze to press out the air.
  • 5 seal the bag.
  • 6 mash the bag with your hands until the avocado is smooth but still has a few chunks.
  • 7 with scissors, snip just the corner off one end of the bag.
  • 8 pipe the avocado mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving plate.
  • 9 garnish with chopped bell pepper.
  • 10 serve with crackers.
