Easy Avocado Wreath

Ingredients

- 5 hass avocadoes (chilean)
- 1/4 cup lime juice or 1/4 cup lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- red bell pepper, chopped for garnish
- cracker, for serving
Recipe
- 1 rinse avocados. cut each avocado in half. spoon out pits.
- 2 spoon out the avocado flesh into a large resealable plastic bag.
- 3 add lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 squeeze to press out the air.
- 5 seal the bag.
- 6 mash the bag with your hands until the avocado is smooth but still has a few chunks.
- 7 with scissors, snip just the corner off one end of the bag.
- 8 pipe the avocado mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving plate.
- 9 garnish with chopped bell pepper.
- 10 serve with crackers.
