Sports Drink

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups hot lemon and ginger caffeine-free herbal tea
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve sguar and sat in the hot tea.
  • 2 mix in apple juice.
  • 3 refrigerate drink untill cold.
