Italian Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend ricotta and cream cheese.
  • 2 gradually add cream & mix until light and fluffy.
  • 3 add sugar, almond, and salt while still beating.
  • 4 pour in to 4 serving dishes.
  • 5 serve with fresh fruit.
