- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 blend ricotta and cream cheese.
- 2 gradually add cream & mix until light and fluffy.
- 3 add sugar, almond, and salt while still beating.
- 4 pour in to 4 serving dishes.
- 5 serve with fresh fruit.
