Ingredients
- 300 g horseradish (whole root)
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour (all purpose)
- 1 cup milk
- 5 g salt
Recipe
- 1 grate horseradish. make béchamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir. add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce. add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm. serve.
