Potato Tortillas

Ingredients

• 4 medium sized potatoes
• 1 (1 1/8 ounce) package cheesy taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup cheese, of choice
• 4 tortillas

Recipe

• 1 boil potatoes until done, drain the water, and mash the potatoes together with the seasoning mix.
• 2 spread the potatoes over the tortillas with the cheese.
• 3 enjoy!
