John's Cheesy Salsa Breakfast Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 15 ounces canned sliced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup mild salsa (med can be used)
  • 3 slices american cheese (we use slices)

Recipe

  • 1 drain the canned potatoes.
  • 2 place butter in frying pan over medium-high heat and melt.
  • 3 place potatoes in frying pan and fry 5 minutes.
  • 4 add salsa and fold until completely coated.
  • 5 top with slices of cheese and fold until melted.
  • 6 remove from heat and serve.
