John's Cheesy Salsa Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 15 ounces canned sliced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup mild salsa (med can be used)
- 3 slices american cheese (we use slices)
Recipe
- 1 drain the canned potatoes.
- 2 place butter in frying pan over medium-high heat and melt.
- 3 place potatoes in frying pan and fry 5 minutes.
- 4 add salsa and fold until completely coated.
- 5 top with slices of cheese and fold until melted.
- 6 remove from heat and serve.
