Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 tablespoons fresh horseradish or 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar or 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 1/2 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • salt

Recipe
