Raspberry Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sliced rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or previously frozen, unsweetened)
Recipe
- 1 combine rhubarb, water, sugar& rind in a saucepan& bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 2 reduce heat& simmer until rhubarb is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients& let cool.
