Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 4 cups walnut pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 boil together the sugar, cinnamon, ginger and milk to a very soft ball stage.
- 2 add walnuts and vanilla.
- 3 stir until it thickens and coats the walnuts.
- 4 turn out onto waxed paper.
- 5 seperate the nuts.
