- 12 ounces beer
- 4 poblano chiles
- 8 slices apple wood smoked bacon
Recipe
- 1 simmer bratwurst in beer for 15-20 minutes.
- 2 fire roast chili peppers.
- 3 remove seed skin and stems.
- 4 wrap poblano chili around bratwurst.
- 5 then wrap with bacon.
- 6 secure with water soaked skewers.
- 7 and fire grill.
