Ingredients

- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch, heaping
Recipe
- 1 mix cornstarch with a little water for thickening agent.
- 2 boil water and sugar 5 minutes, add cornstarch mixture.
- 3 cook 8 to 10 minutes, add lemon, zest and butter.
- 4 stir until butter melts.
- 5 serve at once.
