Highland Squares

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 in a medium sized microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
  • 3 mix in brown sugar.
  • 4 add oatmeal, salt and baking powder.
  • 5 press into an 8x8 baking dish.
  • 6 bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • 7 let cool before cutting into squares.
