Easy Pie Crust- Single Crust

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature.
- 2 mix all ingredients together with two knives or by hand until it forms a ball.
- 3 turn out onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
- 4 roll out to the desired thickness and line the pie plate.
- 5 bake according to the directions for the pie you are making, usually 10 minutes at 425 degrees and then 30-40 minutes more at 350 degrees.
