Easy Pie Crust- Single Crust

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Recipe

  • 1 bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together with two knives or by hand until it forms a ball.
  • 3 turn out onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
  • 4 roll out to the desired thickness and line the pie plate.
  • 5 bake according to the directions for the pie you are making, usually 10 minutes at 425 degrees and then 30-40 minutes more at 350 degrees.
