Raspberry Whip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sugar-free cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2 stir in cold water.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate until partially set, about 30-45 minutes.
  • 4 add cool whip.
  • 5 stir or beat until light and foamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • 6 refrigerate.
