- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 lb button mushroom, sliced
Recipe
- 1 melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2 stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic,oregano, and mushrooms.
- 3 saute for 20 minutes or until tender.
