Ingredients

- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 teaspoons earl gray tea leaves, loose
- 6 teaspoons honey
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, bring water, cloves, allspice and cinnamon stick to boil over high heat.
- 2 add tea leaves to hop spice mixture.
- 3 cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- 4 pour tea through strainer into mugs.
- 5 stir 1-1/2 teaspoon of honey into each mug.
