Sausage With Warm Vinaigrette

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 italian sausage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (may be omitted)
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook sausage as directed.
  • 2 remove sausage when fully cooked and set aside leaving your pan on same heat.
  • 3 mix together oil, viniger, and mustard and put in pan.
  • 4 deglaze the pan with a whisk breaking up the mustard till sauce is even, scraping up all the dark pieces.
  • 5 place sausage back in pan, cover with sauce, remove from heat and keep warm.
  • 6 cook spinach as directed.
  • 7 melt butter with lemon juice and mix with spinach.
  • 8 season with salt and pepper.
  • 9 serve sausage over spinace with sauce and parmisean cheese.
