Ingredients
- 2 cups pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 use a heavy-bottom saucepan.
- 2 boil maple syrup over low heat, stirring until heated to 234f on your candy thermometer.
- 3 remove from heat and let cool to 110°f
- 4 beat in vanilla and salt until it is hard enough to be shaped into patties.
