Maple Syrup Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 use a heavy-bottom saucepan.
  • 2 boil maple syrup over low heat, stirring until heated to 234f on your candy thermometer.
  • 3 remove from heat and let cool to 110°f
  • 4 beat in vanilla and salt until it is hard enough to be shaped into patties.
