Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4-1/2 cup cooking oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 blend eggs til thick and pale.
- 2 slowly add apple cider vinegar.
- 3 warm oil slightly, and trickle into egg until mixture has thickened.
- 4 add herbs, garlic and salt.
