Sausage, Onion And Peppers Hoagie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs hot sausage (or mild of you prefer)
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • hoagie roll

Recipe

  • 1 bring sausage to boil in a pan of water. simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and drain and brown sausage for 5 to 10 minutes, as desired.
