Spinach-stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- fresh chives, chopped,for garnish (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and reserve.
- 2 blend together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, green onions, reserved yolks, seasoned salt and pepper; stir in spinach and mix well.
- 3 spoon or pipe into egg halves and garnish with chives.
- 4 cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour; serve cold.
