Sauteed Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups packed chinese broccoli, 2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in medium nonstick skillet.
- 2 add garlic; saute 1 minute.
- 3 rinse broccoli under cold water.
- 4 do not pat dry.
- 5 add broccoli to skillet; saute over high heat 5 minutes, stirring until limp.
- 6 add soy sauce.
- 7 reduce heat to low, and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
- 8 season with pepper.
