Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat vinegar and honey over low heat until honey dissolves. pour into a bowl and let cool. when cool, whisk in mayo, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. slowly whisk in oil.
