Salsa Spuds

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 lb velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Recipe

  • 1 combine cheese and salsa over low heat until melted.
  • 2 stir in sour cream.
  • 3 pour over split hot baked potatoes.
