Rhubarb Compote

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh rhubarb, diced or 600 g frozen rhubarb, thawed
  • 1 cup sugar (read description)

Recipe

  • 1 in a casserole, blend rhubarb and sugar.
  • 2 bring to a boil, at medium heat, stirring frequently and let simmer 10 minutes.
  • 3 remove from the heat and let cool down.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate until completely cold.
