Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh rhubarb, diced or 600 g frozen rhubarb, thawed
- 1 cup sugar (read description)
Recipe
- 1 in a casserole, blend rhubarb and sugar.
- 2 bring to a boil, at medium heat, stirring frequently and let simmer 10 minutes.
- 3 remove from the heat and let cool down.
- 4 cover and refrigerate until completely cold.
