Salsa Verde

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatillos
  • 8 serrano peppers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cilantro stems

Recipe

  • 1 grill tomatillos and serrano chiles.
  • 2 in a food processor, blend garlic, peppers, salt, onions & half of the cilantro.
  • 3 serve on a dish and sprinkle remaining chopped cilantro.
  • 4 enjoy.
