Marcia's Croissant French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sweet vermouth
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 8 plain croissants (stale ones from last night)
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • powdered sugar
  • warmed honey

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
