- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sweet vermouth
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 8 plain croissants (stale ones from last night)
- 7 tablespoons butter
- powdered sugar
- warmed honey
Recipe
