Ingredients
- 5 lbs rhubarb
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 3 quarts water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 -2 cup sugar (recipe did not say this is a guess)
Recipe
- 1 cut rhubarb into chunks.
- 2 combine with lemon and water in a large saucepan.
- 3 bring to a boil and simmer until rhubab is tender.
- 4 stir in lemon juice.
- 5 strain through a cloth.
- 6 stir in sugar and bring to a boil.
