Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked broccoli floret
- 1/2 cup cooked beans
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (red or yellow pepper)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/3-1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded
Recipe
- 1 spread tomato sauce on pizza dough. top with vegetables and then the cheese. season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 2 bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes. top with basil leaves before serving.
