Primavera Pizza

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked broccoli floret
  • 1/2 cup cooked beans
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (red or yellow pepper)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/3-1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 spread tomato sauce on pizza dough. top with vegetables and then the cheese. season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 2 bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes. top with basil leaves before serving.
